"But now He has reconciled you by His physical body through His
death, to present you holy, faultless, and blameless before Him."
Colossians 1:22
What a sacrifice. We often forget the weight of what Christ has done for
us. God sent his only son, to die a miserable, drawn out death, for us.
He was perfect, completely perfect. He never sinned, and yet he
bore the weight of the sins of the entire world so that all may have the
chance to be presented by Him, holy, faultless, and blameless to the
Father. Let's take time to thank Him for the sacrifice that He made for
us. We do not deserve the gift of salvation, and yet we often take it
for granted.
